All in all I'm happy with the changes. Looks like it will fix the issue with people getting yelled at for holding up a speed run, no more "don't kill the lambs". I'm glad they kept the weekly tome cap.

Yeah, generally nerfs like that never make it into patch notes, especially after they said "working as intended"... Hehe, guess it wasn't.
