Compared .cfg with old one - they are the same, which means the problem is in game itself and it's not about updating old configuration file, which leads to conclusion that removing .cfg file won't help with anything (at least it won't if you're planning to reconfigure setting to the same state as they were before deleting).

So what's going on? It's not the problem with your mouse, Synapse or Logitech software or anything like that. Preciselly, game is having problems in Full Screen mode (ScreenMode 0 in .cfg) and something is wrong with either using hardware drivers (mouse) or some of graphics settings implementation interfering with them.

Solution: Note that after changing from "Full Screen" to "Windowed" mode (ScreenMode 1) and then going back to "Full Screen" will help, but it can be annoying to do this every time when game starts... so instead switch to third option - "Borderless Windowed" - it will render everything just like in "Full Screen" mode and mouse will work fine there aswell.

Note that if switch to "Borderless Window" is not helping for you, reset to default settings (delete FFXIV.cfg file), then switch to "Bordered Mode", restart client (should still be fine now) and start reconfiguring everything while restarting client every few options (simply applying changes won't cause this mouse error, restart is needed).

Even tho it solves the problem, it would be nice if we got some hotfix ASAP, cause something is clearly wrong.

P.S. You can also uncheck "Limit framerate when game client is inactive", so you can ALT-TAB during these problems - mouse will work normally in Windows from now on.

P.P.S. All of these setting i described are in ESC -> "System Configuration" -> "Display Settings" menu. FFXIV.cfg is located in C:\Users\YOU_USER_NAME\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\ folder.

Good Luck!
Thank you SO much! That worked!!! Nary an issue now.
