raptr had an update to resolve the issue it hasnt been offically pushed out tho sometimes next week you can download the fix tho here http://s3.amazonaws.com/raptrclient/...7416-trunk.exe or go to the raptr fourms here and an admin talks about it http://raptr.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28915&page=5

Me as well, The game is unplayable for me like this and i'm using a microsoft mouse. When I tab out of game while game is running, mouse is almost unusable in windows too.

Ok, I downloaded the raptr patch, everything seems to be working now. Thanks.
Looks like it wasn't just FFXIV it affected, other games were affected for other people too, but isn't affecting everyone for some reason.

After reading through a few of these pages, I poked around and figured out something that might appeal to those who do not want to download anything, delete files, or change a file every time they log in:

If you toggle your screen mode in-game you can fix the problem directly. Just go to System Configuration, then change to Windowed from Fullscreen. When it prompts you about whether or not you want to keep the changes, just click no. It will switch back to Fullscreen and the mouse issue should be immediately rectified. I have tested this several times as of now and it has succeeded in fixing the problem each time.

Hopefully this works for anyone else!

I have a steelseries sensei mouse. Raptr, the gaming comunity claims to have a work around. not sure if it works as i refuse to use anything not put out by said games developer.

I am experiencing this issue too and am using the Corsair M60. Cannot wait for Raptr to release the new patch as this was effecting me in Rift as well.

Doing the config file delete did not fix this for me at all. I also removed Raptr and the problem still sticks around. Any suggestions?

I have a g500. I updated raptr with the above link, but it didn't seem to help. I uninstalled raptr, and after a restart things are back to normal. Next, I'll try the new raptr patch then a restart.
