I am having the same problem

Same problem, and the list of world open for transfer is not updated.

I want to transfer to Tonberry.

I was wondering, so what if they give free World Transfer?
Other world still not able to accept more character, which is the exact same reason why they are giving free world transfer.

SE not solving the problem, just trying to make it look better.

Same error... you'd figure after launch fiasco they would understand how to manage servers and services a bit better... this is pretty sad... Oh well i'm going for a run hopefully by time i'm back this mess will be sorted out.
