Server Transfer 'No characters Found'

What the heck? I have a level 26 Pugilist on the Coeurl server and its not showing up in the MOG Station to transfer. All I get is the message:
"There are no characters available for World Transfer."

I've gone through all the requirements:

I have an Active account
I am not logged into the game
Not in a Free Company
No items on the market
No Salvager items
retrainers carried over from 1.0- This character is a couple weeks old
Character is not in an instance
Character is more than three days old
Account is not suspended

I submitted a ticket ingame about this. Hopefully it will get resolved before the transfers end.

I am getting this error as well. I thought it was because I have 2 unused service accounts from code issues and beta 3 and all 3 characters are on "service account 3". Good to know it isn't just me. XD

Update. Now the problem goes worse; I can only go to Belias now.

I guess it's time to get serious; let's farm refresh!

im having a small issue i am stuck on Gungnir since i was a 1.0 player who didnt play the beta so i wouldnt burn myself out .. i go to the transfer application but when i go to select destination server .. it only shows me JP servers not even 1 NA/EU server is on the list >_< and none of the JP servers are even legacy ... Has anyone figured out what to do?

Yeah I've used the refresh method that has worked for a few others and although I have progressed further, this is as far as I can get.
