Server Transfer 'No characters Found'

These are the two emails I got(subject lines on outlook)=

Side note, I have not logging in yet, still stuck at work so I don't know if it worked. Also still can't get my boyfriend's server list to populate.

Confirmed. When you get the completion of World Transfer, it allows you to log in. Though you may have to change some names (My Miqo'te retainer Chucknorris q.q... I've named it Nametaken! D:<)

For those of you who made it, are you just refreshing every few minutes and eventually it works? Are you refreshing every 5 seconds?

Im just upset because I am on a legacy server so I only have the option of transferring to another legacy server. Thankfully all my friends are on another legacy server but unfortunately I don't think I am ever going to be able to get there.

I've had 2 different peoples characters pop on my account, I've only had lich server appear as a destination after F5 spamming past the no char error.

Lol, I stop playing for about three weeks due to frustration I had with the game to begin with, I call customer service where they basically told me I was wrong and hung up on me three times, three weeks later today I renewed my subscription to get the veteran rewards and TRY to get interested in the game again, only for this stuff to happen to me when I want to transfer my character to a world where my friends are. I think I'm going to give up on this game all together.

Everything that they do have a lot of erros and problems... Im sure im not gonna be able to transfer my char til 5 days... im sure i will have to pay to change... come on! This game is very expensive!! For you, this game is 25$ per month, for me, here in Brasil, is the same as 90$ for you in US... and we have to pay to activate te account for 150 reais!!! The free period is now 7 or 8 days, and they may add more. That's the only good news I have.

I haven't been able to transfer yet. I get the errors "Connection Error" and "No characters available" every time. Even if they fix that, people are already saying all the Legacy worlds are full. If so, SE needs to do something about that. It's not a fix for the "wait and hope for our friends' world" during character creation if we have to "wait and hope" again for a transfer opening.

Update: I just transferred a character to Balmung. (Yay!) So legacy worlds are not full yet.

I'm having the same issue, limited to one server but no characters qualify for transfer even though they match the checklist

Just wanna let u guys know that I finally made it. Changing from laptop to desktop pc and even have to change browser between firefox & chrome seems do the trick for me.

I am now officially resident of Masamune and just got in my 1st ls there.
