Transfers are up!

Wanted to transfer from Odin(EU) to Tonberry(JP).. but i keep having this issue ..
1 My sub character able to transfer to Tonberry
2 I am able to create a new character in Tonberry
3 I believe i met all the criteria

Anyone having this issue and able to solve it ? Contacted SE via Email.. yet to receive and reply ..

Last I checked and that was yesterday Tonberry is locked to new characters transfer or otherwise. Check the lodestone for what worlds are open.

Are you trying to do the transfer now? If so you can't until maintenance is over. If it was happening before, are you part of any linkshells still?
