Transfers are up!

I am getting the same problem of "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance.
Please wait and try again." for two days...............,I got couple of friends in Behemoth server.............I keep trying day and night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!doesnt work~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

going to keep kicking this thread to the top everyday until an actual dev acknowledges there are still bugs with their transfer service.
Email support twice now has been completely useless and says to 'just keep trying' or 'it should eventually work'

It hasn't worked for me for 4 days now, and as of now I don't think it will since nobody there will acknowledge the issue.

Is and/or can there be a few more days added to do transfers? Or can we just start the pay service...?

Free transfers are over and a couple friends have been splitup now because of this transfer issue.
They might try the paid transfer at the end of the month to see if that works, but most likely some are just going to quit over this -_-

Would be nice to see an additional week of transfers, or preferably until end of October for all the players having so many issues transferring. Also for the non-stated restriction of a 3-day wait between transferring multiple characters, that in itself is stupid for accounts in good standing or only having a couple characters.

I had friends on another 2 different servers that couldnt transfer because their transfers kept getting denied.


We should get another free couple of days and implement a queue system for it

i hardly ever post things in forums but seeing this the entire 5 days of free transfer service.

my first ticket was responded with please keep trying since there is service congestion.
2nd ticket responded with
"Unfortunately, at this time, the Free World Transfer Service Week has concluded. We are unable to manually transfer your character(s) for you since a service will soon become available for paid character transfers. When they open up, you are welcome to apply to move your character(s). Until then, we appreciate your patience as we implement that service to be used in the future."
so a dev response to the whole transfer week problem would be appreciated

Wanted to transfer from Odin(EU) to Tonberry(JP).. but i keep having this issue ..
1 My sub character able to transfer to Tonberry
2 I am able to create a new character in Tonberry
3 I believe i met all the criteria

Anyone having this issue and able to solve it ? Contacted SE via Email.. yet to receive and reply ..
