    Do something about "Regarding Character Creation Restrictions: Follow-up"!!

    Both 4:00am and 8:00am "Regarding Character Creation Restrictions: Follow-up" showed that all NA/EU servers are open, but I still can't pick Leviathan server. I get there is no character available for world transfer!!

    Update "Regarding Character Creation Restrictions: Follow-up" correctly!!!
