I am someone that was able to get transferred with a ton of attempts/page refreshers. It was nice that after an hour and a half that the transfer was seemingly instant.

However, after being a month late on the original date, change again to "early" October, and then pushed back again -- this should have been Flawless. And I feel horrible for each person that's been waiting and subbing to your game while they haven't been able to play with their friends. Then those same people who can't get this to follow through have to wait three hours for some sort of communication from our rep?

I can excuse a game that isn't catered to my every desire. I can excuse a game that isn't put out there with all the bells and whistles other MMOs have. I can excuse so much, but what I find inexcusable is how the company is handling their customers.
