Transfers are up!

I cannot get past the page where it asks my Destination World.. The world I want to transfer to is there but when I confirm it I keep getting "There are no characters available for World Transfer." and "One or more characters have been confirmed on this World. 8 character(s) may still be transferred."

Now I only have ONE WORLD to choose as my Destination World and its Faerie.. I don't want to go there..
