Has anyone managed to transfer from a Japanese server to a North American/European server? I need to know, please... Would be grateful!

I did, though it was a trash-alt that was left over from 1.0, went by instantly (though it wasted my transfer today for my main, (3 Day Cooldown))

about ready to give up all together......... sick of this shit. I wonder if they have the same issue taking my $15 every month. Does the payment server crash, have errors, does my payment vanish. Guess not.

Best part is if we have to wait 4-5 days or whatever, you bet your ass we won't get credit for those days lost or any kind of extension.

Subscriptions are supposed to work both ways. You shouldn't have to pay if they can't give you service. But yeah, vidya gaems.
