Transfers are up!

My transfer from Durandal to Sargatanas is constantly being blocked for no apparent reason... The only issue that may apply to me is:

Your character must rehire any retainers carried over from Version 1.0.

- I have no retainers and the game doesn't even give me the choice of rehiring any retainers from 1.0

Honestly, since I started playing FFXI 12 years ago, I've never had even one positive experience with Square support and I'm at my wits end with this. They just aren't very good at this MMO stuff in a general way. Following the disaster that was 1.0 and now dealing with this situation, I'm on the verge of quitting Square all together. Enough is enough.

I got "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance. Please wait and try again." for like the 100th time.

Can anyone help me out, I am trying to transfer my partners character from Exodus to Ragnarok so non legacy to legacy, but it keeps declining, He isn't part of a FC, He has no items up for sale or Gil in Retainers, his character was created in ARR so no Calamity NPC i am refreshing page but its been saying this since i tried when transfers went up. Yet I my alt on Hyperion transferred to Ragnarok instantly?

I still have a similar issue for me on 1 of my characters, I had multiple characters I needed to transfer but when I picked a single character, one of them transferred successfully.

After waiting 3 days for the transfer cooldown, i keep getting the above error after picking the server destination, source server and character I want to move.

My friend is still getting an error telling him there is maint on the transfer service...even though he just made a char on that server to see if it is still restricted or not

I have 2 accounts.

1 can transfer without any issue.
In the same time the other one can not. Keep giving error The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance. Please wait and try again.

Make sure that character creation isnt currently restricted on the destination server you want to transfer to. This fluctates every 4-6 hours and is posted on lodestone.

It looks like the webteam for mogstation changed the webform so you can pick a server destination even if its currently restricted, and the error is just a generic one.
The mogstation website team really needs to have their error messages more verbose if they can detect the transfer isnt allowed for a specific reason.

HOWEVER,
That being said, even with character creation restriction being removed on the destination server I want to go to, it still doesnt work for one of my characters, so now I have my characters split between 2 servers -_-:
I dont even care if I have to pay 20 EUR now to move it, just fix your damn service SE

email support has been worthless regarding valid characters that are unable to transfer, their reply was that they cannot do a manual transfer and that I am supposed to just keep trying the website

i got a generic answer from support that said nothing usefull...

i guess i'll have to create a new character on the world my friends are.

Getting "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance. Please wait and try again." error for a couple of days now. Has anyone seen an update, or are they just holding out until the free transfer period is over? Doesn't it end today?
