    I've been refreshing all day. I've upgraded to now FOUR servers that I can't transfer to (all new, I'm legacy) and still no character information.

    If you are going to post "yay it worked," at least tell us which server you were originally on. I'm on Ridill and my character information STILL hasn't linked properly.

    You can't transfer from a legacy world to a non legacy world. This has been stated many times. Even in the last letter from the developer regarding this issue. Even if you weren't a legacy player, you can only transfer from legacy to legacy world.
