Transfers are up!

You'll start off not being able to get through to anything. All you'll see is the "cannot find character screen" when you agree to the terms and conditions. I'll call this phase 1. If you grind through this for about 30 minutes you'll make it to the next screen which allows you to select your server. The problem is there only will be one random server available and no matter how many times you refresh it will be that same server. I'll call this phase 2. Initially I was frustrated and gave up for a half hour while I was on phase 2. To my disappointment, the 30 minutes of break time actually sent me back to phase 1. After 30 minutes of grinding refresh I got back to phase 2. I grinded phase 2 for about a half hour and made it to phase 3 where you are able to see the full server selection list but you STILL won't be able to see your current world list. About a half hour more of grinding at phase 3 and you'll finally get that current world list to pop up and you'll be home free.

Been F5ing since 7am - so, six hours now while I casually do other stuff - and never once have I seen my anything appear in the 'Please select your current World.' dropdown.

Don't believe the lucky few that got it.

I just keep getting this error:

"Unable to transfer at this time.

Why Was My Transfer Declined?
- Your character may be enlisted in a free company, or may have signed to a free company petition.
- Your character may be currently logged into the game.
- Your character's retainer may currently have items for sale.
- The calamity salvager may still possess items from your inventory (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- Your character's retainer has not been rehired (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- One or more characters subject to transfer may be located in the Mordion Gaol.
- One or more characters subject to transfer may have logged out while in an instanced area."

NOPE. None of that is going on with my character... So..?

Man, the one time its acting right and Excalibur isnt on the list anymore....I guess I will have to wait until I have to pay to play with my friends. Time to play something else for a while.

Just did two successful accounts back-to-back with almost no issue! THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER.

Just finished mine. I think FF XI had a way easier world transfer system/set up.
At first I got error messages.

Then only one world to select. Then a big list.
Took me 15 min to figure it out, about the confirm button.

If you can pick a would, hit confirm next to it.(this is a big must) Then after that, you can pick the world you are on.
You can not pick it before confirming the world to go to first.
After that confirm that then select the yes button.

All I got to say it keep trying. It is annoying.

My problem is that I can select the transfer destination world, but it doesn't show the server I wish to transfer FROM.

Also the forums aren't showing the correct character for me either. SE plz halp. Save us from you.
