Ok lets follow your logical outcomes:

SE makes it First Come First Served.

If it wasn't going to get spammed already, this way of handling transfers only increased the spamming.

Next, SE didn't increase server capacity, meaning crowded worlds are still crowded and full worlds are still full. Wow who didn't see this increasing site spamming in a mad rush to get your server before its too late.

Next, there are only 5 legacy servers for the NA out of 30. It make's choices for those that are legacy, and those on legacy from the 90k issue more then slim. Who didn't see this as an issue? It only increased more traffic spamming.

Funny thing is, if we follow logic, it all points to SE being incompetent in that very specific area.
