While I understand that people have a reason to be mad, that doesn't mean that Camate has to be the the one being abused. True, he's a rep. True, he's making statements on behalf of the dev team and what-have-you, but that doesn't mean that we have to go through the ritual of "killing the messenger".
That's all I'm saying. I am sure that those of you who have worked retail know full well the butt-ache with dealing with angry customers when you are only a rep of said cause with little power to do anything but relay a message so that the bees behind the hive get busy enough to make the magic happen.
It means nothing at all, I'm sure, but I'm sorry those of you who want to transfer are having hardships. Lol. All I ask is that if someone magically happens across an error message and sees my name, don't transfer me. Please. Hopefully they get this all sorted out with the quickness, for both side's sake.
