I would like to once again apologize for the inconveniences the recent World Transfer issues are causing. Based on the information we have been receiving there are aspects that have already been resolved.

Regarding the selection of crowded worlds, as announced on Lodestone news, we’ve now made it possible to select overcrowded worlds as destinations for World Transfer; however, please note that if the concurrency cap is exceeded we will not be able to accept the request for transfer to the World, and we appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, the development team is aware of the 11003 error that is being experienced, and they are currently investigating the issue. There is a possibility that this error is being generated due to your browser, so please try using a different browser while the team works on fixing this issue.

It is not even possible to select Leviathan server. I can't even make a request!
I couldn't even request for server transfer because the system couldn't obtain character data correctly. I have been trying this since the beginning, and now I lost the chance to transfer to destination world. Do you really think that I can accept this situation?!

Accept it and be patient. You are trying to enter into an OVER-POPULATED SERVER...

No duh there will be errors/problems.

Can't you see Leviathan server is a server that Character Creation Possible?
If Leviathan server is possible to create a character, why can't we even pick that server as my destination world? I still can't even apply for transfer right now as Camate mentioned.

Why isn't there a queue system in place? Not one for the logon server but for the world population. If population is currently higher than 10k you get put in a queue and wait for people to log off? Why doesn't this exist??

So my question is: may i use the world trasnfer twice?
EX: im on behemoth, i wanna go to leviathan, but after 2 days i wanna move to another server, may i still use it for free? trasnfering the same toon.

Also, since this free transfer was for a "unexpected amount of people and blah blah blah and character limitations" and legacy worlds can't transfer during this time, will the "Legacy" people get a free transfer to at a later date to move off a legacy server? I would like it to be rather soon, because I feel i'm wasting time with another character I have on another server. I created it because the world i am on is always being worked on or I couldn't make another character.
