Transfers are up!

I can now consistently get servers I want to transfer to pop up, but the selection of current world is always '---------'. D'oh.

yep just do what it says to do with the error (f5 enter) and you should be fine i was having the same issue

Update:
1) When you choose the optional services then click on "World Transfer Application" you will likely often get the message "There are no characters eligible for transfer" or something like this. I'm going to refer to this message going forward as "Error 1"
2) Select, from the list of destination servers (top drop down) first. If the destination server you want is unlisted, I'm going to refer to that as "Error 2"
3) Select, from the list of current servers the one that has the character(s) you want to transfer. If the server you want to transfer FROM isn't listed, I'm going to refer to that as "Error 3."
4) Finally, select the "Yes" radio button on your character that is transferring.

after so many failed attempts i tried 1 last idiotic run with this guys logic and boom 12 min later transferred and IN GILGAMESH=) goodbye google translator on hydra/chimera, goodbye jp communication breakdown goodbye nervous breakdowns driving me insane!

lawl se cant get anything right these days. Love the game but hate the hassle. Gonna be done with this crap game REAL soon.

More luck after a dinner break for me. Previously i tried for 2hrs but never got past the point of 'no char available'.
Now i am actually able to choose the server on every second or third try. The server list is quite long even. 45/62 (if i counted correctly)
Sadly not the one i need to switch to.
Why is there only 1 EU Legacy Server anyway :/

Also im presented with the problem that my friend and i want to transfer together but all he ever gets its Lamia. Which is weird. Why would the only option a Legacy player can choose be an non-Legacy server. Duh.
Worst case scenario would be that one of us is able to move to Ragnarok today, but the other wont make it and, since there is only EU L Server the 2nd person might never make it in the future because its getting too crowded by then.

update: Yeys there's Ragnarok *hits confim button* -> automatic browser refresh -> no char available -> cries of despair

Finally it lets me choose the server I want to transfer to but it was false hope as it still tells me I have no available characters in the other drop down menu lmao

Finally got through.

Masamune to Ragnarok (Legacy user).

Half way through it threw the "You have no characters" error, but a refresh and resend brought it back.
