Server transfer implementation delayed 1 day?

メンテナンス後のモロモロでバタバタしておりまして開始のご案内が遅くなっております。

Keep in mind, it's already almost the 16th in Japan. Having a "one-day delay" for them does not necessarily mean we'll have the same one-day delay here in the U.S. / E.U.
