mouse sensitivity/lag issue

just started the game,

First I notice my mouse sensitivity is way too low even when I put the sensitivity in the option at max.

Second, sometimes when I turn the camera around the screen would locked up for a second.

Lastly, I'm getting horrible mouse lag when I watch videos on my second screen.

I get the camera will hardly move even on max settings. alt tab fixes it but then no matter what speed i put its just way to fast. plus game is jumpy
