This is actually not a legitimate excuse.

Even Aion had better CS than SE...And saying that NCSoft has good CS is blasphemous at best.

SOE/Blizzard/Trion have popular games not just because they're a quality product but because for the most part, their CS is beyond reproach.

That is not the case here. 2-3 week long wait times on major issues. HUGE Language barrier. Total lack of in-game support.

Even GW2 has better service and that's arguably FTP at this point.

Bad CS is bad. Period.
