    Just love the entitlement here. I can just imagine you yelling at yoshida now " You have two choices either give us the information the moment you have it! ( with that demanding he learns English so he can post on the English forums before posting on the Japanese) or don't you dare tell the people in your country any information before getting a translator to give us the information! Seriously people? It's a JAPANESE company. Sorry but if you had a business would you withhold info just so some people half a world away didn't feel slighted due to delay?

    It's kind of interesting to see people complaining about patch notes and things of that nature. In 1.0 there were all kinds of patch notes for everything that was put out. Transparency was pretty clear as far as I was aware.

    I suspect that it will get back to this after a while, but I think it's common knowledge that they are working with a bare bones staff at the moment. I suspect that, after launch, there was a mass vacation schedule setup for the employees. I mean... they were kind of making content for two games simultaneously and then some after that.

    Perhaps when they get their stride back after being winded for a little while, things will get back to the way they were in 1.0 in terms of communication and things of that nature. I'm not telling those of you complaining to wait, patience seems to be a very weak point of yours, but I tend to think that things will get back to that point. They appear to be working with what they have at the moment.

    I find it interesting how everything that happens is a theoretical "slap to the face" to most of the people who seem to create threads in the forums. There is far too much rage here. Remember, stress has very negative effects on the body. It would be advisable to calm down some if little things the company is doing is making some of you angry to the point of grinding your teeth and growling... it's unhealthy.

    They hire community reps for a reason.

    Oh and for berani I'm currently in the military and for you to try to use that as some sort of weight for you to throw around is a disgrace to yourself and your branch. We joined to serve our country not to have it serve us so to say it like it's a medal of honor destroys all credibility you could ever have

    This is actually not a legitimate excuse.

    Even Aion had better CS than SE...And saying that NCSoft has good CS is blasphemous at best.

    SOE/Blizzard/Trion have popular games not just because they're a quality product but because for the most part, their CS is beyond reproach.

    That is not the case here. 2-3 week long wait times on major issues. HUGE Language barrier. Total lack of in-game support.

    Even GW2 has better service and that's arguably FTP at this point.

    Bad CS is bad. Period.

    To expect CS is not an issue of entitlement...It's the reality of this industry.

    SOE, Blizzard, Trion etc etc etc., have set the standard very high for what is acceptable CS.

    This isn't a new concept at all...

    NCSoft failed so hard there was a mass exodus in Aion...and that was a few years ago.

    CS makes or brakes a product and right now, there's a complete lack of it.

    This also isn't an East vs. West issue...This is purely a situation of them catering to the West and not offering us the same services...

    Ask a Japanese player on a Japanese server what their CS is like...You'll come to find it's DRASTICALLY better than ours.

    That's not entitlement...That's called getting screwed.
