    SE may be the first game company to unseat Electronic Arts in the annual "worst customer service" awards as voted by consumers. I know they've got my vote.

    And it's not entitlement, it's asking a company to whom a fee is being paid for services that are being promised to follow through on their commitment to provide those services on the day they say that those services will be available. Perhaps you do not understand how these things work? If you come to me, pay me for a service, and I say in writing that the service will be available on a specific date, you have every right to expect and even demand that I provide that service to you on that date or to demand that I give you your money back. The United States is not Japan. When we pay a business for a service here that is promised on a certain date, we expect that service to be provided on that date, or we expect a communication with a valid reason why it is not being/has not been provided. My father--a businessman for over 30 years--would have terminated the contract of any company that behaved towards clients (paying customers) that SE has repeatedly done thus far.
