    Communication with your customers/players would be nice Dev team....

    So after stay up all night with my buddies waiting on the new patch it seems it was a fail! Its the 15th and still no server transfers as well. Also I like that you post whats going on with Japan stuff and don't post news about whats going on. Im sorry but if your company doesn't communicate with the customers(players) they will stop paying for your product and you will have a failure on your hands(yet again). Don't promise the people things and don't follow through with it. This shouldn't be ran like a government. Give the people what they want when you say your giving it. I mean is the transfers going to be yet another failure yet again? Seems like it Get it together and do your jobs please we are paying you and thats not to just sit there and post whats coming and it never does! We want to play with our friends!

    Oh, we already did that. It was called Occupy Wall Street, and it was the second most idiotic thing my generation has ever done.

    Yea some people couldn't even finish their education and it shows very well on the forums most the time.

    SE may be the first game company to unseat Electronic Arts in the annual "worst customer service" awards as voted by consumers. I know they've got my vote.

    And it's not entitlement, it's asking a company to whom a fee is being paid for services that are being promised to follow through on their commitment to provide those services on the day they say that those services will be available. Perhaps you do not understand how these things work? If you come to me, pay me for a service, and I say in writing that the service will be available on a specific date, you have every right to expect and even demand that I provide that service to you on that date or to demand that I give you your money back. The United States is not Japan. When we pay a business for a service here that is promised on a certain date, we expect that service to be provided on that date, or we expect a communication with a valid reason why it is not being/has not been provided. My father--a businessman for over 30 years--would have terminated the contract of any company that behaved towards clients (paying customers) that SE has repeatedly done thus far.

    40. 100% permanently and totally disabled veteran. Disabled in the line of duty whilst serving my country. Pay my own bills as well as some of my mother's--who lives across the country and with whom I have not lived since I graduated high school 23 years ago as a junior.

    The hours I choose to keep and how I choose to spend them are my own business, but no, I do not have a job because I am physically unable to work any longer, though I would much prefer to be able to do so.

    Any more aspersions you'd care to cast on your fellow FFXIV community members, or are you quite finished implying that everyone who is irritated over this ought to be in school while mommy and daddy pay the credit card bill that covers their subscription fee?

    They hire community reps for a reason.
