Arcanist Pets Fixed!

The quote from the patch notes reads as follows:

"An issue wherein players were unable to use their pet’s actions while casting a spell."

So yes, for you Scholar's out there, this means you no longer have to trigger your pet's heals/actions right before a spell. You may now do so at any time.

While I was sort of getting used to, and even enjoying the challenge of having to micro my pet in between my own casts, this is still a rather welcome fix!

I wouldn't say that they are fixed, but this isssue has been fixed.

I am so glad they realized it was important and clearly made it a priority to get out in a patch.

It's definitely a lot better now. I can't macro pet spells but at least now I can mouseover heal one person with my spells while I target heal another with the fairy's spells. I'd love to be able to mouseover both but this will tide me over until then.

Macros would be nice, though I'm holding out hope for a fix to Obey, so you can properly micro all your pet's commands rather than just the ones they choose not to blow randomly!

I woke up and discovered that AK was giving out gil, and it wasn't until about a quarter through the run that I realized I could cast Eos's spells while casting my own. The group I was with bore witness to my completely unfiltered joy.

If they ever fix Obey and let us macro our pet spells, I will be the happiest of campers.
