How mage's mane replelish?

Being a whm, we run out of mp sometimes(things happen), it make me wondering how mp replelish?

1. How long is a tick?

2. We replelish % of total mp each tick or it depend on level?

3. How much more mp our shroud give?

1. A tick is 2 seconds when talking about natural mana regen in combat.

2. We regen a percentage of our total mp each tick (.02% of max mana, so this means Piety effects MP regen in combat).

3. Shroud gives 1060 mana total, 212 mana per tick. It is based on level, not max mana. Also, the threat dump is instantaneous and permanent.
