Steps:
I recently changed my Grand Company, from Maelstrom to Immortal Flames, after maxing out the Hunting Log. I scrolled down to the achievements after noticing my Maelstrom Hunting Log and seals were missing, and noticed I did not receive the reward pet for maxing out the Hunting Log.
