    Cannot finish quest Gilding the Bilious

    I just accepted the quest Gilding the Bilious this morning after the update. I finished Aurum Vale through duty finder and now it says report to Swift in the Hall of Flames. He has the green check over his head and when I talk to him it says to accept the reward however I do not receive my seals and the green check mark does not remove from his head. Please resolve this issue because I cannot rank up in my Grand Company until I turn in this quest. Thank you.

    I waited about half an hour and tried again. This time it let me turn the quest in.
