Lost items after trying to take them off the market

After placing 11 items on the market that I had just crafted (leveling GSM) I realized I had set my prices incorrectly. I right clicked each item and chose return to inventory. After this was complete I backed out of my retainer and then went to my inventory but was unable to locate the items. I triple checked my inventory and my retainers but the items are not in either location.

I tried to recreate the issue with some cheap items but I was unable to.

Not a biggie on my end as it was only around 7k worth of stuff... just an FYI.

Check your armory chest. If it was gear it may be set to automatically go into your armory chest.
