How do you re-downloadd ARR from PSN? [Need Help!]

Now it should be able to be downloaded multiple times, but to only one playstation. Something may of happened on their end that they see your already exsisting playstation as a different playstation console.

Thanks for your help, as I thought it's sony's problem not square's.
