A Kick button for random party

I think its safe to say need a vote kicking system for parties because of either undergeared person or person is just goofing off and getting people killed is needed. Granted a person should be well prepared for what ever instance they que up for. This button is needed to have party decide if they want a replacement of a team mate.

Gear requirements for dungeons is going to be implemented in 2.1 i believe. We need to be able to report griefers and get a quick response and give them a short term ban/or ban them from Duty Finder for a short period of time (days, not hours).

I think a kick function would get abused far too much, kicking new players etc etc, it would do more bad than good. But again.. there needs to be some counter measure against AFK people who get into Duty Finder just to chill at entrance. Maybe again, Quick responding GMs would be nice, and a Duty Finder ban for them.
