Rested Exp Bug

Today, I found myself lose a large amount of rested Experience Points.

I've been saving my rested bonus for the patch that will increase XP earned for Botanist and Miner. Leveling Botanist has been a chore and over a week, I've been making sure to keep building my rested bonus. I don't know the full bonus I had acquired, but it was capped (blue bar) on my level 50 jobs.

I went to Uldah to unlock Alchemist and proceeded to do the level 1 class job. My first synth nearly leveled me. The next synth I reached level 2. However, upon reaching level 2, my rested XP was nearly depleted!

In short, my hundreds of thousands of rested XP bonus was used up with less than a thousand experience points on a level 1 crafting class.

It occurs to me now that this might not be a bug, but working as intended if rested exp bonus is percentage based, which is disappointing.

The rested bonus is a percentage not a fixed amount, so if you level a low level job it will get burned quickly.
