Steps:
I recently changed my Grand Company, from Maelstrom to Immortal Flames, after maxing out the Hunting Log. I did the quest with Ampador Keep, rather than the fixed Aurum Vale requirement. I had seals and my hunting log was complete (the achievements are still there). I logged on after the patch, and the hunting log was missing from Maelstrom along with my seals (located under Currency).
