Please add incentives for switching Grand companies and free companies.

As many know, you can switch to another grand company if you are a 2nd lieutenant.

The ability to switch has a 30 day cool-down, and the rank you previously had (as well as seals formerly earned) will be fully returned to your character.

I think, however, that this can be further fleshed out.

With the very clear plotlines from both 1.0 and 2.0, there are former and current versions of an "Eorzean Alliance" representing all 3 Grand companies in tandem.

Why not also have rewards that you can purchase, which require x number of seals from all 3 Grand Companies? The sheer time involved (2+ months to switch, earn, switch, earn- would make these long-term goals, but would also be fun challenges, if the incentives are worthwhile.


Thoughts on application-

1500* seals (500 serpent, 500 flame, 500 storm) = Eorzean alliance ring
12000* seals (4k each) = Eorzean alliance choco minion
30000* seals (10k each) = Eorzean Alliance Barding
150000* seals (50k each) = 'Eorzean Founder' Title, able to earn seals for any GC freely

As for Free companies, there is currently no incentive for ever changing, as your Rank 5 "trusted" reputation goes away if you switch to another free company. I am sure improvements could be made there as well.

Switched to my 3rd grand company today.
This is after having hit 2nd lieutenant, gathered seals to purchase all barding and the minion (the rest of the content is way under-level to be useful), finishing hunting logs, then capped at 50k seals. With nothing else to do in Twin Adder or Immortal Flames, I am now Maelstrom.

Please, let's add content that does not merely consider your current GC status, but all services you are performing for all 3 GCs.
