Fishing Log incorrectly displaying area completion

    Time: approximately 8PM EST, October 14, 2013
Frequency: was able to reproduce consistently while logged in at this location, though results varied
    World name: Cactuar
    Character name: Liliryn Liryn
    NPC name: N/A
    Monster name: N/A
    Class/Level: FSH 50
    Party or solo: solo
    In-game time: unknown (nighttime)
Area and coordinates: Eastern La Noscea 33,29
    Steps:
    1. Open fishing log (displays correctly at this point)
    2. Click to view a completed region in the log (Lower La Noscea in this case)
    3. Click back to view Eastern La Noscea - it now shows incorrect node completion (often would show all or nearly all completed, even if some areas undiscovered; sometimes would show an incorrect combination of complete/incomplete areas). This behavior continued when clicking on subsequent areas (see imgur album here).

I also found instances when clicking between regions that all checkmarks would disappear, but could not reproduce consistently.

The right pane showing the map and discovered fish always remained correct - just the left pane was incorrect.
