Endgame Content To Easy

Forgive if my post sounds to much like a troll. The fact of the matter is a game finally did the right thing. They put content to a level way out of reach for the average audience. To me it's brilliant. I love solving puzzles and achieving great feats. Virtual or not an achievement is an achievement is it not.

I find use of tact essential in the art of persuasion. Your OP came off to me with an epeen stroking vibe so you know, naturally I was more inclined to respond in a certain way. And by the way, I agree with you. I like the way how content is tuned right now and hope it doesn't get anymore watered down than it is. FFXIV is the first game in awhile that actually has decent encounter design mechanics. Obviously, MMO veterans will pick up on this quicker than others and I hope everyone will at least give it more of a go before QQing.

Yes I changed the entry post a bit to try and keep it more serious. Not some kind of ego maniac insistent upon stroking my own achievements I just want players to realize this is a good thing. Content being super difficult and hard to do makes it so you keep going back and trying to achieve that goal. With hopes in mind that "Ok we're gonna get it this time, I researched this fight, I've practiced my class, I'm gonna bring everything to it's full potential, my hard work is finally gonna pay off!" I wish more players saw this that way because it's in fact what makes you not only a better player but a better thinker. You see something you can't achieve and you strive to shoot for it. I want people to realize what they are asking for and why it has ruined games. Please people work harder for things. You won't like doing the same run over and over again if you first didn't remember how hard it was that first time and what it took you and your group to achieve that!

I love how they restricted content to only SOME people who are skilled and worthy enough, everyone who can't play like me clearly is worthless and so their opinions mean nothing, leet mentality - and you guys rarely do play BETTER, you just play 8 hours a day..

Keep on strokin the egos and saying stupid crap though. If you ask me the games just fine how it is, the curves been gradual.

You think SE made content just for you? No, why would they support a tiny minority of players when they have to succeed with this MMO, and that doesn't mean appealing just to the 15%..

They haven't, they won't, if they did they would be fools, you leets alone will pay the bills? Ha, alright ..

They tried to put out content for everyone. Even if the majority of people aren't skilled/geared enough to do coil at the moment, it doesn't mean it's a waste. People need to something to work towards. If the hardest endgame content was something the entire playerbase could faceroll how long do you think people would play for?

if they start nerfing everything im going to be very upset

if you are bad or a casual and you want to complete the end game content then you need to step up and do the work, join a hardcore FC or form one yourself DONT start QQing for nerfs to end game content and/or buffs to gear or classes/jobs
