    Sorry for making a thread, but this was the only blunt way I knew to get in contact with anyone that might be of help.

    Okay, so I'm locked out of my account because I wanted to log on to another Hard Drive. I just have to go and change my password. But wait, I can't remember my security question and answer and nothing I use seems to work. Well I guess I'll just check the database on what to do:



    And this isn't the first time either. I also managed to find an Email contact but they just redirected me to a site that required my login...which I can't do, because my account is suspended and I can't remember my security question! Trying to go through the email contact again, It looks like I have to enter my security question and answer.

    I'm dumbfounded.

    What the hell? How am I supposed to get any actual customer support and why is it so easy to break an account like this?

    I would like to continue playing this game, or at the very least log onto my account to make sure I'm not continually billed for something I can't access. My post keep disappearing so I don't even know if this will work.

    The tech support subforum might garner GM attention faster? I dunno.

    (I know, it's the weekend and you won't be able to till Monday but it'll still be the fastest way to get a hold of them.)

    Make sure, when you're talking to to the person on the phone, to let them know you forgot the answer to your question so you can get it changed. I'd suggest using a secret question that you can actually remember and then writing it down somewhere next time.

    That gives me an hour after I get home from work. It seems to be the only option I have left. Not even toll free.

    Good God Square, please work on this. You literally have directions leading people to log in to get help for not being able to log in.

    Good luck wit their customer support. Not only do they hide their phone lines from customers, but when you actually have grey hair from waiting in the phone lines, someone completely devoid of competence and/or initiative will be waiting for you at the other end of the phone.

    I had some of the most horrible experiences with SE support, and my one thought is "I hope nothing ever goes wrong with my account ever. I don't want to call that place again."

    I also ran into the same problem (as in can't find the "further assistance" button). Their help center is useless as it is.

    I did have my problem resolved via the online customer service rep chat. So you should try that. Although over there I waited for close to 2 hours to get a customer rep, but the rep was courteous enough and actually did understand my problem and resolved it for me. I'd give that incident a good 8/10, with the -2 from the long wait.

    So try the live chat.
