Suggestion: Show Battle Effects Change

In patch 2.2 we will be addressing this so the Limit Break effect is displayed even when selecting the “Show Limited” effects option.

All I ask is that sudden bursts of flashing is not agonizing. I love playing this game, but I also have epilepsy and sudden freak-outs of colors is extremely painful to play if there's sudden bursts of darkness and light (that's what causes most seizures, the sudden transition from one to the next). I can survive it, but I need half-hour breaks to recover from the headaches.

I really also wish that Enraged modes in Coil could be turned down a notch. That is terrifying.

I agree this is a terrible idea, it's the reason I have show limited, I can't really turn it off for beneficial effects like sacred soil.

I hope not in full... if u cast LB3 BLM on Adds on Titan Ex... well flash everyone literally and wipe for 90%

Why would lb3 be used on adds? If you lb the first adds then it would be lb2 if you have a diverse party, lb1 if not(with lb2 taking nearly all their health if at full, or killing at least one if dps is already hitting it beforehand). When you get to adds again it should be lb1 or 2 again. Unless the party dps is going at a REALLY slow pace.

Only time i see the bar at lb3 is when we skip lbing 1st adds altogether and just kill em regularly. But then we'd just use melee lb3 on titan itself and kill egis regularly if lb1 isnt up again by 2nd spawn. We could wait to lb3 titan and egis together on the 2nd spawn, but for what? Why blind everyone and risk lbing for too long as caster with lb3 adds when you never have to take that risk to win?

You really never need to lb3 titan-egis and titan as caster to win.

Need to ask a question. I am trying to turn it back on so I can see my groups DoT's but can't figure out where I turned them off. Was it in the battle effects settings on show limited? I don't want to see all the animations and such just the DoT's. Thanks for the help.

Character Config > UI Settings > General > "Display only detrimental effects you inflict."
