What is SE's solution for the gold farmer spam pandemic?

It's annoying that I am spammed constantly with /tells from them, but I can deal with that. My concern is the blacklist size. As of this post, I'm sitting at 64/200 on my blacklist. Every one of them is a gold farmer who has either sent me a /tell or on /yell. When my blacklist hits 200/200, I will have a problem. It seems that they're not deleting the toons anymore and the list is starting to fill up. With that I have 2 suggestions.

First: Expand the capacity of the blacklist to a minimum of 1,000 entries for now to lessen the current chances of running out of space. I've already used over 1/4 of my blacklist on these farmers and at this rate, I will hit 200/200 in a couple of months.

Second: Review the chat logs of characters on people's blacklist. If it's gold farmer spam, mute them indefinitely, forcibly delete those specific characters, or ban their accounts and start blocking IP addresses.

My suggestion: have a few hired 24/7 live GM for each server to monitor chat spam and other activities going on in each city and everywhere. But its not gonna happen because they are too greedy to pay for GM to do that. Its their problem, and we have to deal with their problems? that's crazy!

The accounts don't belong to them. They are stolen. Taking any form of punitive action against those accounts does nothing to harm RMT.

Its all about the Profits with SE. Blanket bans every now and then so the bots will have to rebuy the game. They dont really care as long as they profit. FF 11 was the same way, SE is almost as bad as EA when it comes to that stuff. $$ over QQ

At the moment I consider the gill seller spam and black listing them as a side game, every city you go to you run into consistant spam between 4 or 5 sellers hitting their macro as fast as they can. its so annoying and just as annoying to blist all of the shouts and yells. we desperately need a right click report spam feature as well as an auto Blist when you report them. that Blist should not count against your limit when you use the auto report spam feature. its totally out of control.

SE is doing their job on RMTs. You guys have to take into account that there are about 62 servers and when you have 100s of accounts being hacked and new accounts being made it is going to take time for SE to weed out who has been hacked so those people can get their accounts back.

The tells/shouts don't seem so bad on my server these days. Down to adding about 2 or 3 ppl every few days. When the RMTs first started I was adding what seemed like 2-3 ppl every time I zoned. I have over 100 ppl on my Blist and every few days I see (Deleted) where someone's name use to be so that frees up a space.

Even if nothing is done to curb the amount of them, at least increase the blacklist size A LOT. While you're at it, give us an option to click their name to add them to it instead of having to go through gyrations of getting their keyboard facesmash name pasted into the add box.

That is VERY expensive. Very very expensive, and un-necessary for the most part.
It would be a waste of resources having someone patrol /shout.

1: When you get close to cap, just delete the oldest ones. Those accounts are likely banned anyways.

2: They don't delete characters when they ban accounts. Just because a name doesn't show as (deleted) doesn't mean that it's still active.
