Its all around; lots people coming back to check things out. SoE was down forever, Rift is beginning to peak out, wows lost somewhere around 700k I think the word was; and News of FFXIV and the new team has been getting around. Still much needs to get fixed (as they are working on) but its much easier to get started out in XIV now, just the way you skilled up before was retarded. One of the biggest arguments other then fatigue was people pointed out don't worry about it; just lvl horizontally...Which many people didn't want to do. That is making u play a certain way. Cap could pretty much be reached in a day for a job and depending on how much you play could get real slow. So then people did try to lvl horizontally, only to find out that using another job skill wouldn't help you lvl the current job at all; so why use them lol. Then you needed gear for every job and space ran out way to fast... another big hole in the mixing class thing. (all fixed now for the most part of coarse) But then gear? where do you get gear...another huge curve with a crafting system that has a real bad material vs lvl orientation...I mean on and on all old arguments; but still much frustration has been a lil addressed...Mouse doesn't creep across the screen; menus are a lil more tolerable...Anyway im sure many of the people that stuck around don't notice to much as the people coming back do. Ive been hearing tons of good comments. (June and on seems to be looking good...hell there even adding jump o.0.)
