My account got hacked changed password and I set up a one time password

Clarification on the title mistake me being in a slight panic I just set up a one time password.

So just like 20 minutes ago my brother rushed into my room telling me my character logged in and is spamming well you know....

So of course me being shocked I tried to log in and I can't since they are logged in. I changed my password and added a one time password on my account. The only problem is kicking him off.

Is there some way a GM can knock the hacker off the server? Since I changed my password and added a one time password they won't be able to get back in.

Update I just canceled/suspended my account to boot him off(hope it works) considering someone did that on the forums I hope that ticks the hacker off.

edit:I can't even DELETE my character. Bloody hell.
