I have noticed on these boards that moderators are quick to delete posts that get out of hand, delete comments that go against tos or whatever. I mean they are really quick about it! WHY YOU NO DO THIS ON GAME?!!!

I mean a GM is just a moderator that plays all day right? So why! why will you not hire in game GM's? Its a real and serious question. Can I please get a answer? I won't but posting this makes me feel a tiny bit better, I mean I know that someone from SE is reading it lol. Just dont ban me please!

They have in game GMs but you will only see them if their presence is required (they can even be standing right next to you and you may well not see them)

Have you seen a GM in ARR? Have you heard of anyone contacting one or being contacted? Evidence seems to support that they do not exist like they did in 1.0 or even 11. Its shoddy work I tell ya.

I've been chatting in Mumble with at least two FC members when a GM contacted them in-game... They're there, just busy from what he was able to get out of the GM. (asked some questions not related to the reason he was being contacted)
