looks like he visited a gold seller to me. No way he would have enough gold to make 5 crafting class's lvl 50 by normal means

maybe even a power leveler or non legal macros/scripts

Wow low lvl Botanist and Miner? He muz be god in making Gil and making his crafting to LvL 50. LOL.
