My only issue with multiplayer is how much of the story forces you into dungeons. This would't be a problem if the Duty Finder wait times weren't so long for DPS classes. I hate tanking and healing, but the games forcing me to level up Tank class. With the hope being it will reduce my queue times. On a side note, this is the only Modern version of Final Fantasy on the PC currently, so I see no problem with people wanting more solo content. Their is no reason they can't cater content to Soloists and multiplayer. They could make story missions like Sastasha Seagrot or Tam-Tara Deepcroft solo. The level designs already there, just rework trash mobs and bosses HP,Damage, defense, and mechanics.

I really enjoy this game except for the forced multiplayer in the story.

They could add a difficulty slider letting players choose to challenge themselves or take a casual approach. Rewards could be based on difficulty the harder the run the better the loot. You could give them vanity items as an insentive for solo and high level gear for multiplayer.

Too the average player. Please read:

Please stop asking for multi player games to be more single player focused. There are tons of single players games out there for you.

    SE Please read:
Please add more multi player content to your MMO. It is far to single player oriented to be considered a multiplayer game.

Its not to incentive solo play. Just give the option. Also name me a modern Final Fantasy game for PC, Final Fantasy 7 doesn't count its a re-release. I'm fine with giving less rewards for doing things solo, just give me the option so I can move the story ahead.

Try being a little more social.

This game focuses on single player enough as it is. Most story missions (except for three six dungeons) is entirely single player. Everything else is optional. There's too MUCH single player content as it is and many of the things you accomplish would make much more sense if you had done it as a group. As it is, most multiplayer content seems rather shoehorned in and that just makes me sad.
As for having a problem with the community, that IS a valid concern, there are lots of jerks out there, happens in any game where human beings play, just make friends and only play with them, or get a linkshell that's willing to do the overly abundant six pieces of necessary content. Oh, eight if you count AV and WP, but those aren't necessary unless you are doing side quests.

If you try to fail and succeed, which have you done?

    Massively Multiplayer Online RPG.

You're playing the wrong genre of game, buddy.

I agree it sucks when you keep getting bad groups, but that's what Linkshells and Free Companies are for.

I think the question is not about solo or multiplayer game really, that's not really what he said.
Though I wouldn't not agree to advancing the story through a solo version of a dungeon, I would love a solo experience of the dugeons and the Primals.
It could be a personal challenge and it would NOT replace any end game content.
Indeed I would welcome a MMO where you'd have the option to do some stuff on your own, NOT as a replacement of partying, but just to have a break, or meeting a challenge while waiting for your friends to be ready for a party. Please do not counter with the solo content of the game, I'm not talking about quests here, but about some fun, something challenging.
While levelling we have the option to do most of the quests solo OR with some friends, it would be nice to have a little of that option at endgame. Of course the rewards for such solo dugeons should be cosmetics, a title, a mini pet, nothing that would boost your raid gear!
