Minimum specs to get a solid 60 FPS on Maximum?

don't listen to the others about the game being CPU limited. I'd be surprised if you are getting even 60% usage on your card or your CPU. What is being limited is the game being on DX9 and not being able to take full advantage of new hardware. Best you can do is leave it maxed out and disable shadows when lots of players come on screen

Uh huh? I have a i5-3570K at 4.6GHz and sitting in town CPU usage is upwards of 80% with 2x7950 in Crossfire. Not CPU limited? I get the same FPS using a single 7950...
