Because I'm a better AoE DD than a marauder is, and the marauder wastes my MP and time curing it more than the gladiator does. Thus, that team is just inefficient.
    if you were in a party without archers, could you really DDaoe versus multiple mobs safely with a glad tank? Serious question, i know in the 30s it would basically be death for a con to get agro on high level monsters, but maybe higher level you are way more survivable?

    It is normally the time I die is when I move in for buffs haha. I don't have hate issues anymore, every once in awhile I would pull hate from laying a wallop on the mob but I utilize Chameleon and Subtle Release so I don't really worry about agro. But prior to doing NMs I found myself getting laid out with buffs and in heal range because of 5star mobs AoE attack, especially them retarded moles.

    Just saying in general for solo and leve group play we are defensively weak but offensively powerful. Overpowered? For sure, I would like a balancing tweak on all classes not really a hard core nerf or anything though. We will see what happens once auto attack is out and some battle changes happen.

    Yup you can. I don't even have collusion or accomplice to help the tank. AoE damage doesn't generate a lot of hate, just like healing doesn't. I just don't use profundity. People confuse damage with enmity generation. Damage is a way to gain enmity, but it's not a good way. By FAR the number one reason an archer dies is raging strike, ferocity, hawk's eye, and blindside spamming. You can't do that unless you aim to tank, not because they make you AWESOME but because simply activating them makes you HATED. A gladiator's enmity-holding abilities let me nuke much more than a marauder who is trying to keep hate mostly by damage.

    The gladiator gets hit for less and keeps more enmity. I can nuke more than heal.
    The marauder gets hit for more and keeps less enmity. I have to heal more and nuke less.
    Because I'm a better DD than a marauder tanking in a crowd situation, me and a marauder are just more inefficient than me and a gladiator.

    I can rip a brag off a tank if I'm being careless, but that will go away once I get accomplice and collusion, and I can take a hit just fine if I forsee I'm going to.

    well, honestly the shear burn power with multiple archers, and the ability to play kiting games, may just be too much.
    They should probably add something to steadfast that increases the damage, or tp gain, or something to make it so in long fights they start becoming really powerful, at least that will be useful on the stuff you cant burn down super fast.

    Its the same thing lol. Its easier and quicker to nerf a class than to buff everything else. That's a given. I can nerf archer to do 20 damage instead of 40 damage or I can buff everything else to do 40 damage and the mobs to take 180 HP instead of 140 HP. Its the same thing. Who cares what the damage counter reads.
