Is it just me or is the app utterly useless? I will give serveral examples of why the app IMO is useless.
For items that need to be farmed like silver ore, the app doesn\\\\\\\\'t give you a location to mine it up at. If it can tell me in game why not on the app? SE made the app so why not include this information.
For gear dropped in dungeons that can\\\\\\\\'t be crafted, why not list the places these items can be found in? The dev teams know where these items drop in game so why can\\\\\\\\'t it be on the app?
When I played FFXI the first game book told you everything you needed to know BEFORE updates came out. Where items could be farmed, who or where they dropped. Since we are in an electronic age I understand why this app was made. Why is it so hard to update the app with USEABLE information.
Dev team I ask you to please update the app. It seems it was rushed with no thought into it really being used. I find better information on non SE websites then I do on SE sites.

Yeah the app certainly has a long way to go. I would love to see recipes for crafted items, gathering info, and more detailed quest info.

Also, it would be nice, when checking my gear, if I had an option to compare it to other items in that slot within a level or two. (I'm sure someone has mentioned this before.)
