    Edit: Never mind. You went to both the achievment NPC @ Apkallu Falls & the Calamity Salv. NPC by Mih Khetto's Amiphitheatre. I misread and thought you only went to the Calamity dude. Did you check your armoire in your room? No idea if it can be put in there, but might be worth a look.
