FFXIV for New "Nintendo/Xbox"

With the new Nintendo being show this year in E3 and news of new xbox around 2013. Do you hope that FFXIV would be release for the new system? The Nintendo is said to be Little stronger then the PS3/Xbox and even have a 6 inch display on the controller which you can stream Video and maybe gameplay right on the screen. Also be HD display but not 3D due to them saying 3D not really main stream in house hold so they did not find a reason to add it.

So with new system being in E3 this year and people would get a chance to play with it. Do you think FFXIV should be release for it and also release for the new Xbox system?

Also with the new system being build and stronger then PS3 do you think FFXIV should be dalay for the ps3 and just release for the new Nintendo and later for New PS4/XBOX? this would cut down ps2 limitation for FFXIV being release for a new gen console. "But i guess they can cut down PS3 later if it a issue."

More systems to put the game, more range of customers. Seems alright as an idea =)

They just have to do this work when they're sure they can bill us for the game, meaning when the game will be completed. Until then, they'd better work on the PC version the best they can.

I can see this idea seeing the light of the day though.

since nintendo don't have a premium membership for online gaming, it's entire possible giving licence to SE

@Renshi yes other Xbox no news on a new PS4 but PS3 was one of the last system to be release so i don't see one too 2014-2015 but The new Nintendo is going to be release around 2012 So i can see FFXIV be release for that system. Then follow by Xbox at 2013 and maybe PS4 by 2014/2015 "Joke: Maybe it have a green ray which hold 100GB and 1750P and 2080P in 3D"

@yukikaze_yanagi: I'm sure the new Nintendo would have a Premium membership and have games you can download and do everything ps3/xbox does but better because it a new system.

Getting this on as many platforms as possible is a win win. Nintendo might be an easy one to get on to, as far as Xbox goes that is down to MS and there XBL Policy which has pretty much put a stop to all MMO's coming out on their platform. SE have stated they want FFXIV on the 360 but it's MS that have thrown the spanner in the works.

I've heard nothing about a new Xbox. In fact Microsoft said that with the release of the Kinect there would be no new Xbox for at least 2 years. This coupled with the fact that MS have applied for zero patents in regards to new console technology in the last years sort of backs this up.

That was the point =)
It's not possible to play with CrossOver Games, so it's gonna be a problem. Just install a BootCamp with Windows 7 and you should be good for now.
I'm waiting the Mac version too, but having a BootCamp is really worth it.
